Yeah I know. ;-;
People keep fighting over that emote and it makes no sense to me at all. It’s like the time tumblr fought over the ‘XD’ emote.

It’s not me who does not understand the terminology of feminism, it’s several tumblarians I have encountered. By using the word ‘too’, I am saying that the issues being complained about are not limited to one gender. Feminism is about EQUALITY. It’s about making men and women equal, not taking women and raising them above men. From what I have seen, tumblr does not show this. Instead it’s posts about ‘women have it worse’ or ‘girls have it harder than men do’ or ‘only girls deal with this.’
Most of the issues posted about are things such as rape, body structure and even tumblr posters. Men CAN and HAVE been raped, men get bullied about their body being ‘gay’ or ‘feminine’ all the time, and posters… ugh. Don’t get me started.
A lot of tumblrians would assume I’m male because of this post I made. You know why? If it’s something about feminism that isn’t picture perfect, a man posted it. Don’t talk to me about stereotypes when this is all over the website.
